1.SC(B)9 Series Resin Insulated Dry-Type Transformers

(1) The core material is cold rolled grain oriented silicon steel sheet with high magnetic flux, and the thickness is less than 0.3mm.

(2) The structure of low-voltage winding is cylindrical and made of copper foil. High voltage winding adopts multi-layer structure. The design style can improve the mechanical strength and short-circuit resistance.

(3) The cooling system is equipped with a low-noise fan, which can increase the capacity of the transformer by 40% after being adjusted by the temperature controller.

(4) The transformer protection class according to IP20 standard can protect the transformer from any object

(5) The diameter is more than 12mm. In order to meet the needs of customers, the protection level can reach IP23, which can prevent water falling at an angle of ≤ 60 degrees.

(6) No load loss and load loss comply with GB/T 10228-2008 standard, but the no-load loss of SC (B) 10 is lower than 10% of GB/T 10228-2018 standard, and the load loss is lower than 5% of GB/T 1022 standard.
